Pre-consultation discussion free 30 mins meeting in advance of therapy or by phone.
Fees will be agreed at initial assessment session prior to agreed counselling and therapy.
Children’s counselling and Hypnotherapy requires a responsible adult to be present throughout the session. Vulnerable adults may require to be chaperoned throughout a session.
All therapy would be discussed in advance and would ultimately rest with my informed professional decision.
If a client is already under the care of specialist doctors’ appropriate permission would be required before any therapy could be undertaken.
Confidentiality relating to appointments and therapy programmes is a priority. No information will be disclosed to any third party without a client’s explicit permission.
All sessions are covered for unusual events and accidents by my Private Public Indemnity insurance (Balens) and registration membership of professional standards bodies.
Any complaints can be directly addressed to NCH, CNCH, BACP, TISPH.
